农科院校法学本科教育的困境和出路

The Dilemma of Law Education in Agricultural Universities and Its Way-out

在法治农村建设和新时期农科院校自身发展需要双重动力的推动下,发展农科院校法学本科教育显得越来越迫切。但是农科院校法学本科教育又面临着诸多问题和困境:培养目标定位不清,缺乏特色;外部环境面临被边缘化;教学方法存在重理论、轻实践等问题。面对这些问题,农科院校法学本科教学应当明确培养目标、改革教学内容、加强涉农法学研究、改善法学办学条件,唯有如此才能培养出有农科特色的法学人才,为法治农村建设输送可靠合格的法律人才。

Dually driven by the construction of rule of law in countryside and the need for the development of agricul- tural universities in the new period, the law education in agricultural universities is becoming more and more urgent and necessary. At the same time, there are many problems and difficulties in the education of law undergraduate in these uni- versities, such as the unclear training objectives and lack of characteristics, the marginalized external environment for the situation, and the emphasis on theories about teaching methods over practical issues. In the face of these problems, the teaching of legal science in agricultural universities should clarify their training objectives, reform the contents of legal teaching, strengthen the research of agriculture - related law and improve the conditions of teaching operation. Only in this way can we cultivate the legal talents with agricultural charactcristics and cultivate reliable legal personnel for the building of rule of law incountryside.
