摘要
划定三类空间是空间规划编制的核心内容，是统筹布局生态保护、城镇发展、乡村发展、土地利用、基础设施、产业发展、人口集聚等各类空间规划要素的基础平台本文以宁夏固原市原州区为实证研究，期望为其他市县划定三类空间提供借鉴本文首先提出划定三类空间的技术路线，进而通过构建指标体系开展国土空间综合评价，划定三类空间，最后提出建立以“三区三线”为载体的差异化空间管控体系、优化空间开发格局。
Three types of space delimitation is both the core content of the spatial planning and the foundation plattbrm to overall arrangement for all kinds of spatial planning elements, such as ecological protection, town development, rural development, land use, infrastructure, industrial development, population agglomeration, etc. In this paper, Yuanzhou District in Guyuan city of Ningxia Autonomous Region is taken as an empirical research to provide reference for other cities in preparation for three types of space delimitation. At first, this article puts forward the technical route of three types tbr space delimitation, and then carries out the comprehensive evaluation of land space by building an index system in order to delimitate three types of space. At last, a differential space control system based on ＂three areas, three lines＂ as the carrier is proposed to optimize the spatial development pattern.
