基于应对“用工荒”的职业教育发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Vocational Education Based on Coping with Labor Shortage

2010年以来,我国多地出现了"用工荒",这标志着我国劳动力市场的供求格局从无限供给向局部短缺甚至全面短缺演变,同时也预示着我国经济社会发展新阶段的到来。"用工荒"在促进职业教育改革创新以及增强职业教育吸引力等方面为职业教育带来了非常难得的发展机遇,但在职业教育定位、人才培养及提升职业教育吸引力等方面给职业教育发展带来了挑战。面对机遇和挑战,我们可以从多渠道扩大生源、准确定位职业教育、构筑职业教育立交桥、统筹城乡职业教育发展、优化专业设置以及深化校企合作人才培养模式改革等方面应对"用工荒"。

Since 2010 labor shortage has emerged in our country, and this marks China’s labor market supply and demand pattern is evolving from unlimited supply to the local shortage even the overall shortage, and indicates the arrival of a new stage of economic and social development in China. Labor shortage has offered good opportunities for the development of vocational education in promoting its reform and innovation and strengthening its attraction, but it also brings challenges to the development of vocational education in positioning vocational education, training personnel and enhancing the attraction of vocational education. In the face of opportunities and challenges, it can expand the channels to attract students, accurately position vocational education, construct vocational education overpass, balance urban and rural development of vocational education, optimize the major setting and deepen the reform of school enterprise cooperation training mode.
