摘要 教育质量是高等教育发展的生命线,高校与同类院校、与上级院校联合培养师范生是协同创新的重要路径,是提高师范生培养质量的重要途径。随着教育的开放不断加快,高校之间的相互合作、联合办学能够实现师资、课程等方面资源的共享。通过合作院校间的教师互访、学生互换、课程互通、学分互认等有关师范生联合培养的实现路径的探究,为更好地推进协同创新与发展提出参考性建议。 The quality of education is the lifeline of higher education development. It is an important path to collaborative innovation for colleges and universities to cultivate students with other universities, even with higher colleges. And it is also an important way to improve the training quality of normal college students. With the opening up of education, the cooperation among colleges and universities can realize the sharing of teachers, courses and resources. It explores the realizing path of joint training of normal students through teacher exchange visits, student exchange, course exchange and mutual recognition of credits among colleges and universities, and this can provide referential suggestions to better promote collaborative innovation and development.
