摘要
书院制在学生综合素质全面提升等方面具有极为重要的理论与现实意义,同时也是一种体现专业特色的新型管理模式。职业素养教育注重学生职业技能培养和职业精神培育,书院制建设实现了专业教育、人文教育和社会公民教育的有机结合,能推动职业技能教育与职业精神培养的融合。书院制对学生职业素养的培养,起到一定的促进作用,是培养高职学生职业素养的有效途径和载体。
The collegiate system is of great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of vocational college students’ comprehensive qualities. It is a new management mode that reflects characteristics of different majors. It attaches importance to professional skills training and cultivation of professional spirit, and is an organic combination of professional education, humanistic education, and social and civic education. It promotes the integration of professional skills training and professional spirit cultivation. Collegiate system plays a certain role in the cultivation of students’ professional qualities, and is an effective way to develop professional qualities of students in higher vocational colleges.
