摘要
反思性教学不仅能够促进高职英语教师自身素质的提高,而且能够推动教师专业的发展。通过对反思性教学内涵的认知,提出以反思性教学促进高职英语教师专业发展的有效途径,从而实现高职英语教师的自我可持续发展,不断优化高职英语教学。
The reflective teaching cannot only promote the improvement of higher vocational English teachers in their own qualities but also push their professional development. Through the understanding of the connotation of reflective teaching, the paper puts forward effective methods to promote the professional development of higher vocational English teachers via the reflective teaching. Consequently, it can achieve higher vocational English teachers’ sustainable self-development, and optimize higher vocational English teaching constantly.
