大学生创业现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of College Students' Entrepreneurship

由于当今社会严峻的就业形势,人才结构的变化使得现有的工作岗位已经不能满足大学生群体巨大的就业需求,部分学生选择自主创业。本研究通过在某财经高校学生中采取随机填写调查问卷的方法进行了创业方面的调查,结果表明,学生创业意愿与年级呈负相关,专业与是否创业有很大关系,创业规模较小与大学教育背景关系不大。

Due to the severe employment situation in today’s society, the existing position cannot meet the huge employment demand of college students because of the talent structure change, and some students choose to start their own business. It conducts the investigation about entrepreneurship by randomly filling out the questionnaire among finance and economics university students. The results indicate the student’s entrepreneurial intention is negatively correlated with the grade, the major is related to entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship scale is small, and it has little to do with college education background.
