高职院校创业园管理存在的问题及对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Innovation Park Management

高职院校大学生创业园是大学生在校园内开展创业实践的平台,依托"创新创业学院",将学生的创新意识培养和创新思维养成融入教育教学全过程,促进专业教育与创新创业教育的有机融合。然而创业园入驻团队存在着一系列问题。基于此,从大学生创业项目特点出发,结合创业园普遍现状,分析创业园管理存在的问题并探索有效的解决措施,通过学校、政府、企业等多方联合的形式使创新创业教育与创业孵化环节紧密对接,保障创业园的高效运行。

The innovation park of higher vocational students is the platform to develop the entrepreneurship practice, relying on ＂innovation entrepreneurship institute＂, it integrates the students’ innovation consciousness and innovative thinking cultivation into the whole education teaching process, promoting the organic integration of professional education and innovative entrepreneurship education. Yet a series of problems exist in the team settled in the innovation park. Based on this, it starts from the characteristics of college students entrepreneurship project, combines with the current situation of the innovation park,analyzes the problems in the management and explores effective solution. It realizes the close connection between innovation education and entrepreneurship incubator link through the multi-combination of school, government and enterprises, to guarantee the effective operation of the innovation park.
