高职体育教学培养学生就业竞争能力的研究

On Training Student Employment Competitiveness through Higher Vocational Physical Education Teaching

揭示高职学生就业竞争能力现状、存在的问题、产生的原因,旨在为采取体育教学干预对策,优化竞争能力培养途径、方法,提高其就业竞争能力提供科学依据。研究方法采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测量法、比较研究法、数理统计等方法。结果显示:高职学生竞争能力等级为中等等级水平;以不同专业为中心的体育教学途径、内容、方法对学生意志品质、人际信任、合作精神、忠于职守、兢兢业业、高度执行、少说空话、拒绝借口、追求卓越等就业竞争能力的提升都有显著的促进作用。

The study reveals the current situation of employment competitiveness of higher vocational students, existing problems and its reasons, and aims to offer scientific reference for adopting intervention countermeasures, optimizing competiveness cultivation method, and improving student employment competitiveness. It adopts literature materials, questionnaire survey, measuring, comparative approach, and mathematical statistics method and etc. The results show the competitiveness level of higher vocational students is middle class level; the physical teaching method and content of different majors play a significant role in promoting students’ employment competitiveness.
