积极心理学在高职院校思政教育中的应用研究

The Application of Positive Psychology in Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

积极心理学有利于提高思政教育的有效性。针对目前高职院校思政教育成效不显著的问题,对高职院校思政教育与积极心理学结合可行性与必要性进行了简要论述。结合我国高职院校思政教育实际,建议高职思政教育中运用积极心理学要从三方面展开:提高积极体验能力,培养现实乐观主义,发掘积极人格特质。以期为高职院校在思政教学中引入积极心理学提供参考。

Positive psychology is conducive to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Aiming at the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper briefly discusses the feasibility and necessity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the reality of ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges in China, this paper suggests the use of positive psychology in higher vocational education should be carried out from three aspects： improve the positive experience ability, cultivate the realistic optimism, and explore the positive personality. This research is expected to provide reference for the introduction of positive psychology in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges.
