摘要
根据纳米CT获得的真实页岩数据重构出三维页岩岩样.首先,利用纳米CT获取纳米精度的页岩体数据,将这些页岩体数据从二维灰度图像形式转换为二值化图像;然后,将二值化后的页岩体数据叠加获得重构的三维页岩岩样数据,分析这些数据可以获得页岩岩样的内部孔隙分布特征.实验表明,该方法可以获得真实的页岩三维结构,对页岩的含气性评价和流动规律研究具有重要意义.
Three-dimensional shale samples are reconstructed using real shale data obtained from nano-CT. Firstly, the shale volume data with the resolution of nanometers are obtained by nano- CT. These volume data are all stored by 2D gray images, which should be transformed into binary images;then stacking these binary images can obtain reconstructed 3D data of shale samples. After analyzing them the characteristics of pore distribution inside shale samples can be obtained. Experi- ments prove that this method can obtain real 3D structures of shale, which is quite significant to the evaluation of hydrocarbon content and research of flow rules.
