The Origin,Content and Application of Self-Regulation Theory

自我调节理论由社会认知理论中的自我强化概念衍生而来,自我调节过程包括自我观察、自我判断和自我反应等。自我调节理论自提出以来便受到了广泛关注,并被应用于诸多领域。文章从自我调节理论的理论背景,理论内容,国内外对此理论的研究发展,以及该理论在教育心理、工业/组织心理和心理健康等情境中的应用展开阐述,文章并对其未来发展做出了展望。

Self-regulation theory is derived from self-reinforcement in social cognitive theory, which contains three basic procedures of self-observe, self-judgement and self-reaction. Since it had been established,many researchers focusing on it extended it effectively. This paper elaborates the setting of the theory, the development of the theory at home and abroad, and the application in education, organization and mental health research, and looks the theory into the distance.
