摘要
以QJS206三点接触球轴承为例,在摩擦磨损试验机上,测得乏油条件下轴承钢-轴承钢的滑动摩擦系数,将该系数带入轴承分析软件,计算出轴承的摩擦发热功率,根据能量守恒原理,最终得到轴承温升情况。
Taking the type of QJS206 three point angular contact ball bearing as example, the sliding friction coefficient of bearing steel to steel is measured on friction and wear tester. The bearing friction heat power is calculated out through the bearing analysis software using this coefficient. According to the principle of conservation of energy, the bearing temperature rise is obtained.
