摘要
运用单因素随机区组设计试验方法,对接种不同益生菌的3.5年生巨尾桉‘广林9号’人工林进行标准地生长因子调查,并分析经济效益,探讨接种益生菌对巨尾桉造林效果的影响。结果表明:通过接种益生菌N1、P1、40K的巨尾桉造林3.5年后,胸径比对照分别提高了15.3%、9.8%、24.7%;树高比对照分别提高了19.1%、15.0%、15.0%;林木单株材积比对照分别提高了53.4%、35.7%、70.9%。从经济效益指标看,接种益生菌的巨尾桉在投资利润率、利税率、净现值和内部收益率4个指标分别高出对照12.8以上、7.0%以上、47.3%以上、21.9%以上。统计分析结果表明:接种益生菌的巨尾桉的树高、胸径、单株材积和各项经济指标增长量都达到了显著水平,增长效果明显,其中以接种益生菌40K的巨尾桉获利最大,经济效益最好。
The authors investigated the growth factors in sample plot of 3.5-year-old Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla’GLGU9’plantation with the inoculation of different probiotics,and analyzed the economic benefit and the effect of vaccinating different probiotics on Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla’GLGU9’,by using the single-factor randomized block design method.The results showed that:compared with control,after 3.5 years afforestation of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla’GLGU9’vaccinating N1,P1 and 40K,DBH,tree height and single timber volume increased by 15.3% ,9.8% ,24.7% ;19.1% ,15.0% ,15.0% ;53.4% ,35.7% ,70.9% ,respectively.From the perspective of economic efficiency indicators,the investment profit rate,the profit and tax,the net present value and the internal rate of return increased more than 12.8% ,7.0% ,47.3% and 21.9% compared with those of control.The statistical analysis indicated that the increase of tree height,DBH,single timber volume and the indicators of economic growth of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla’GLGU9’vaccinating probiotics were obvious and reached significant level,among them,Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla’GLGU9’vaccinating 40K had gained the maximum profit and had the best economic benefit.
