摘要
研究枯草芽孢杆菌等微生物菌剂在马铃薯连作栽培过程中,对马铃薯疮痂病、黑痣病、小薯率及产量的影响,以期筛选出防治马铃薯疮痂病、黑痣病效果最佳的微生物菌剂。试验选取了8种不同的微生物菌剂进行田间药效试验,结果表明:马铃薯专用微生物菌剂显著促进马铃薯产量的提高,每公顷用量达到225 kg时效果最佳且小薯率最低;马铃薯专用微生物菌剂能够显著降低马铃薯疮痂病、黑痣病的病情指数,建议防治马铃薯疮痂病、黑痣病的最佳用量为225 kg/hm^2。
The paper aims to study the effect of microbial agents like Bacillus subtilis on potato scab, black scurf, small potato rate and yield, thus to screen out the optimum microbial agent. A field efficacy experiment of eight different microbial agents was conducted. The results showed that potato special microbial agent could promote the yield of potato, and also significantly reduce the disease index of potato scab and black scurf, and its recommended dosage was 225 kg/hm^2.
