摘要
为了分析广西藤县大果红山茶的遗传多样性,应用分子标记技术对14个大果红山茶样本进行标记,并利用NTSYSpc 2.1软件对分子标记结果进行聚类分析。结果表明:5条引物对14份供试样本的DNA进行扩增检验,共扩增出38条谱带,其中多态性谱带37条,多态性比率为97.37%;14株样本间遗传距离为0.3952~2.1383,其中3-5号和1-12号的遗传距离最大,为2.1383;而N3号和JJ5号的遗传距离最小,为0.3952;说明大果红山茶种间的遗传多样性较高,遗传分化较显著。
In order to analyze the genetic diversity of Cammellia magnocarpa in Teng County of Guangxi, 14 samples were marked using molecular marker, and the results of molecular marker were analyzed by NTSYSpc2.1 software. The results showed that: 5 primers were used for DNA amplification of 14 samples, and 38 bandswere amplified, among which 37 bands were polymorphic bands, and the polymorphism ratio was 97.37%. Thegenetic distances of samples ranged from 0.3952 to 2.1383, of which the genetic distance between 3-5 and 1-12 was the largest, 2.1383, and the genetic distance between N3 and JJ5 was the smallest, 0.3952. Therefore,C. magnocarpa germplasm possesses a relatively high level of genetic diversity, and genetic differentiation issignificant.
