摘要
液压挖掘机工况复杂,工作环境恶劣,外界因素一定程度上对其核心控制系统的安全、稳定工作产生了影响。选取液压挖掘机电液伺服系统为研究对象,建立伺服系统数学模型及其AMESIM仿真模型,通过仿真研究对其压力、流量特性进行分析,并通过MATLAB软件绘制出系统的Bode图和Nichols图对其工作的稳定性进行判断,为电液伺服系统的设计优化及其在工程机械上的应用提供了重要的理论依据和参考价值。
The operating condition of hydraulic excavator is complex. To some degree, inadequate working conditions and exter- nal factors have a great impact on the security of its core controlling system and the working stability of the hydraulic excavator. Targe- ted on the electric-hydraulic servo system of hydraulic excavator, the hydraulic servo mathematical model and the AMESim simulation model was established, and the pressure and flow characteristics were analyzed through simulation. In addition, it provided important theoretical basis and references value for the improvement of the electric-hydraulic excavator as well as the application for the construc- tion machinery, through the judgement of the system working stability based on the systematic Bode picture and Nichols picture.
