摘要 针对起重机吊臂缩臂产生抖动的故障,通过测量液压动态数据发现吊臂缩臂瞬间流量降为0,导致吊臂抖动故障。根据吊臂和油缸实物建立数学模型,找出会大幅度影响流量的因素为缩臂时的摩擦力。更换了摩擦因数小的滑块后,再次测量液压动态数据,验证了数学模型和实物改进的可行性,消除了抖动故障。 To solve dithering problem when telescoping boom of a truck crane retracting, by measuring hydraulic dynamic data using instrument during retracing boom, the instant flow was found to drop to zero, which was the cause to the problem. A mathematic model was built based on boom and cylinder in practice. Friction force was found as the influence factor to flow at large scale. After replacing sliders with small friction coefficient, hydraulic dynamic data were measured again. The feasibility of the mathematic model and practical improvement were verified, and dithering problem was eliminated.
