摘要
根据全自动液压精冲机的装模特点,设计一种用于精冲机上锁模板的高稳定性气动与液压相结合的锁模装置,液压油缸控制T形块的锁紧及松开动作,气缸则控制松开状态下T形块的平移动作,结合气缸上的磁敏开关实现了上锁模板的夹紧及松开的操作。此锁模装置结构紧凑,安装方便,且锁模装置之间相互独立,易于维护,生产制造成本相对较低,已在多台HFB系列全自动液压精冲机中成功应用。
According to the loading model characteristic of automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine, a pneumatic and hydraulic clamping device used in fine blanking machine lock template with high stability was designed. The hydraulic oil cylinder was used to control locking and loosening actions of the T-shaped block, the cylinder was used to control translational action of the T-shaped block under loosen state. Combining with the magnetic sensitive switch on the cylinder, the clamping and loosen operations of the lock tem- plate were realized. The clamping device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, is independent of each other between clamping devices, easy to maintain, and manufacturing cost is relatively low. It has been used in multi HFB series automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine successfully.
