新的社会阶层非制度化政治参与的现实审视及优化路径

Review of New Social Stratum's Non-institutionalized Political Participation and Optimization Route

随着我国新的社会阶层的出现及其经济地位的日益重要,他们获取相应的政治地位的要求也越来越强烈,而我国现行的政治体制并不能满足他们的要求,因此,我国新的社会阶层人士在制度化参与之外还选择了非制度化政治参与的方式,严重影响了社会的和谐稳定。新的社会阶层人士非制度化政治参与既有他们自身的原因,也与外部环境密切相关。必须坚持"充分尊重、广泛联系、加强团结、热情帮助、积极引导"的方针,依托统一战线加快构建新的社会阶层人士有序政治参与的长效机制。

With the emergence of new social stratum in China and the increasingly important economic status of theirs,they have a stronger and stronger desire to obtain political status,but the current political system of China cannot meet their demands.As a result,people in the new social stratum,besides institutional participation,opt for non-institutionalized political participation,thus seriously affecting social harmony and stability.New social stratum's Noninstitutionalized political participation is because of their own reasons as well as outside environment.We should adhere to the guideline of fully respecting,extensive contact,strengthening unity,warmly helping and actively leading,rely on the United Front to accelerate constructing long-term mechanism for orderly political participation of new social stratum.
