垂直振动压路机及其工程应用

摘要 为了探究垂直振动压路机的性能优势,从力学原理、对比试验和工程应用等3个方面与同吨位圆周振动压路机进行对比。结果表明:相同试验条件、相同压实遍数下,垂直振动各层的压实度明显大于圆周振动;压实12遍后,垂直振动的下层压实度比圆周振动提高3.68%。可见,垂直振动的压实效率和质量比圆周振动高,具有明显的厚层压实优势。研究成果可为高效压实和厚铺层压实等提供借鉴。 In order to explore the performance advantages of vertical vibrating roller, a comparison between vertical vibrating roller and circular vibrating roller of the same tonnage was made in aspects of the mechanical principle, comparative test and engineering applications. The results of indoor test show that under the same test conditions and passes, the compaction degree of vertical vibration is significantly higher than that of circular vibration; after 12 times of compaction, the compaction degree of lower layer with vertical vibration is 3. 68% higher than that with circular vibration. It appears vertical vibration beats the circular vibration in compaction efficiency and the quality and has obvious advantage in thick layer compaction. The research results provide reference for efficient compaction and thick layer compaction.
