摘要 为了在模拟井条件下进行油层套管射孔试验,从而可以直观地判断油层套管的射孔性能,对SEW(hot stretch-reducing electric welding)套管在石油工业油气田射孔器材质量监督检验中心进行了模拟井条件下射孔试验。试验结果表明:J55、N80Q、P110、BSG-80TT及BSG-110TT五种钢级的SEW油层套管,其射孔性能完全符合中国石油天然气集团公司行业标准的规定,其中裂孔率为0%,裂纹长度为0 mm,射孔后外径最大胀大量总体偏小,优于国内及国外某些套管厂油层套管的射孔性能水平。 In order to judge the perforation performance of oil casing intuitively,the SEW(hot stretch-reducing electric welding)casing pipe was tested under simulated well conditions in oilfield perforators inspection center. The test results showed that J55,N80 Q,P110,BSG-80 TT and BSG-110 TT,5 kinds of steel grade SEW oil casing,its perforating performance was fully in accordance with the industry standard of China National Petroleum Corporation. The percentage of fractured hole was 0%,the crack length was 0 mm,and the outer diameter expansion was small after perforation,which was better than the perforation performance of the other casing plants in domestic and abroad.
