摘要
为了满足冲孔钢管的装配要求,对钢管无凹模冲孔变形特征及影响因素进行了分析,认为钢管材质和磨具结构形式是影响钢管冲孔质量的主要因素。通过材质选择和模具结构设计,改进了一种无凹模冲孔工艺,保障冲孔钢管的尺寸精度及生产效率。结果显示,该种工艺克服了钢管无凹模冲孔凹陷、压扁变形严重的问题,实现了钢管无凹模双向冲孔,提高了钢管冲孔的精度和生产效率。
In order to meet the matching requirements of punching steel pipe,the deformation feature and influence factors of non-concave die punching pipe were analyzed. It considered that the major factors that affected the punching quality were steel pipe material and die structure. By material selection and die structure design,a kind of non-concave die punching process was improved to ensure dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of punching steel pipe. According to the results,the process overcame the problems of steel pipe punching sunken deformation of non-concave die and serious flattening deformation,realized steel pipe bidirectional punching without concave die,and improved the accuracy and production efficiency of punching steel pipe.
