我国旅游志愿服务机制的构建

Establishment of Chinese Tourism Volunteer Service Mechanism

在国家旅游主管部门大力倡导旅游志愿服务及旅游志愿服务供需不均衡的背景下,文章对我国旅游志愿服务供需情况进行了实证调查,通过实证研究和文献分析梳理,构建了由1个平台、3个子机制构成的旅游志愿服务机制,分别是旅游志愿服务平台、选拔机制、控制机制及评价激励机制,选拔机制包括招募机制和培训机制,评价激励机制包括评价机制和激励机制,文章还对平台和3个子机制展开了详细的设计和解释说明,这对我国旅游志愿服务事业的健康发展具有一定的指导作用。

Under the background of tourism volunteer service completely advocated by the competent department of national tourism and imbalance of supply and demand of tourism volunteer service, through empirical research and literature analysis, tourism volunteer service mechanism is established with a platform and three auxiliary mechanisms, respectively tourism volunteer service platform, the selection mechanism, the control mechanism and the evaluation and incentive mechanism, selection mechanism includes the recruiting mechanism and the training mechanism, evaluation and incentive mechanism include the evaluation mechanism and the incentive mechanism,which will play a guiding role in development of tourism volunteer service in China.
