Hemodialyzer is an important part of blood purification dialysis, and the clearance rate is the key performance to evaluate its therapeutic effects. With the development of technology and the strengthening of regulatory requirements, β2-microglobulin plays a very important role in the current domestic product registration of high flux hemodialyzer to evaluate the clearance performance. This paper aims to explore a method of testing β2-microglobulin clearance rate of high flux hemodialyzer, in order to provide some guidance on research of product performance to domestic manufacturers.
