医疗器械采购的风险管理措施分析

Risk Management Measures of Medical Device Purchasing

目的:讨论并采取相应的医疗器械采购风险应对探讨措施,从本质上提高医院医疗器械采购质量。方法:制订采取相应的医疗器械采购管理安全风险应对探讨措施,并应用于2016年度医疗器械采购管理中,观察比较2015年与2016度医疗器械风险事件发生例数与发生率。结果:2016年度医疗器械风险事件共发生12例,发生率为6.49%。与2015年度未采取相应措施后风险事件发生情况(28例,18.54%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恰当的医疗器械采购风险应对措施可从本质上提高医院医疗器械采购质量,从而加速医院发展。

Objective： to discuss and take measures to deal with the purchase risk of medical devices and improve the quality of hospital medical devices. Methods： to formulate the corresponding measures for the safety risk of purchasing management of medical devices, and to observe the incidence and incidence of medical device risk events in 2015 and 2016. Results： there were 12 cases of medical device risk events in 2016, with a rate of 6.49%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） compared with the risk event（28 cases, 18.54%） in 2015 without corresponding measures. Conclusion： the proper purchasing risk response of medical devices can improve the quality of hospital medical device procurement in essence, thus speeding up the development of hospital, which deserves further study and further promotion.
