摘要
"拔尖创新人才"主题研究起始于2002年,至2010年形成研究热潮。已有研究针对"拔尖创新人才"进行概念辨析,介绍不同高校、学科的培养实践,探讨不同教学方法的适切性与可行性,开展国内外经验对比。鉴于现状,建议进一步厘清"拔尖创新人才"培养与"钱学森之问"的应有之意,加大"拔尖创新人才"培养的理论研究投入,规避"拔尖创新人才"专属高等教育现象,避免"拔尖创新人才"培养的"乱象丛生",寻求有效的"拔尖创新人才"培养模式共识。
The theme research of " top-notch innovative talents " started in 2002, and gradually formed a research upsurge in 2010. According to the analysis of the existing research on the concepts of " top-notch innovative talents",the paper introduces training practice of different universities and disciplines,exploresthe pertinency and feasibility of different teaching methods,and carries out the experience comparison at home and abroad. In view of the status quo,it is suggested to further clarify the true meaning of " top-notch innovative talents" training and " the Qian Xuesen Question",to increase the " investment theory of top-notch innovative talents",to avoid the higher education exclusive phenomenon of " top-notch innovative talents",to avoid the " top-notch innovative talents" training " chaos rebirth",and to seek its consensus of the effective training mode.
