庭审语篇中转述话语的语用特征初探

A Preliminary Probe into the Pragmatic Features of Reported Speech in Chinese Courtroom Discourse

在庭审语篇中,转述话语常作为一种语言策略被庭审参与者所使用。文章以20场真实的刑事庭审案件转写文本为语料,以顺应论及目的原则为理论框架,对庭审语篇中转述话语的语用特征进行了分析。研究发现,在庭审语篇中,转述话语的使用是说话者为了顺应动态的庭审交际语境和实现交际意图而作出的语言选择,在语用上呈现出转述视角多样、转述内容注重言语事实以及转述态度具有明显目的性等特征。

In courtroom discourse,reported speech is frequently used by participants as a language strategy. With transcriptions of 20 authentic criminal cases as the data,and linguistic adaptation theory and principles of goal-direction as the theoretical basis,the present study aims to analyze the pragmatic features of reported speech used in Chinese courtroom discourse. The findings suggest that,reported speech used in court is the language choice made by speakers to make adaptations to the three worlds of the context and to fulfill their communicative purposes,and it pragmatically presents variety in reported voices,fact-inclination in reported content and goal-orientation in reporting attitudes.
