大学生自尊人际关系与挫折承受力的关系

On the Relationship among Self-esteem,Interpersonal Relationship and Frustration Tolerance of College Students

采用大学生挫折承受力问卷、自尊量表、人际关系评定量表作为实验材料,随机对180名大学生进行调查,探讨了大学生挫折承受力与自尊、人际关系的相关性.结果发现:在人口学变量中,大学生挫折承受力在性别、年级变量上均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).事后比较结果显示,大一和大二、大一和大三、大二和大四在大学生挫折承受力中均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).在自尊和人际关系方面,大学生挫折承受力与人际关系有显著的相关性(P<0.01),而与自尊没有显著的相关性(P>0.05).

The college students＇ frustration tolerance capacity questionnaire,self-esteem scale,and interpersonal relationship questionnaire were adopted as experimental materials so as to investigate 180 college students（randomly selected）to explore the relationship of college students＇ frustration tolerance,self-esteem and interpersonal communication.It is found that in term of the demographic variables,the frustration tolerance of college students is significantly different between genders and also different grades（P〈0.05）.The Post Hoc Multiple Comparisions shows that there exists a significan difference between freshmen and sophomores in terms of their frustration tolerance（P〈0.01）.as for the self-esteem and interpersonal relationship,college students＇ frustration tolerance capacity is significantly correlated with each other（P〈0.05）,yet no significant correlation is found inbetween their frustration tolerance capacity and their self-esteem（P〈0.05）.
