推进高职院校产业文化育人,覆盖了以产教融合、校企合作为基础的人才培养模式改革、课程改革、课堂教学改革,包括引入工作价值观教育、开展职业素质训练等的素质教育改革,包括地方服务的拓展,也包括区域产业文化与教育教学的结合。以产业文化融入职业教育,深化产教融合为背景,就高职院校开展产业文化育人,必须要立足产业、服务产业、融入产业,建立外部协同共治、内部全方位育人的治理机制提出对策和路径。
