地方高校与中小企业协同发展的探索——以秦皇岛市为例

New Exploration of System Development of Local Universities and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises——Take Qinhuangdao as an Example

科技信息时代,中小企业核心竞争力较弱,高校也存在研发资金不足、成果转换不畅等问题,这就客观上为高校与中小企业之间合作提供了契合点。通过对秦皇岛市校企合作现状分析,找出两者合作点,为今后校企从实现资源合作共享、拓展创业孵育体系建设、搭建公共技术服务平台等方面开展合作提供借鉴。

In the era of science and technology information, the core competitive ability of SMEs is relatively poor, and there are some problems in universities, such as insufficient R D funds and poor results transformation, which objectively provides a suitable point for cooperation between universities and smes. This paper analyses the current situation of Qinhuangdao City, to find out the school enterprise cooperation,cooperation between the two points, for the future of enterprise from the realization of resource sharing,expand the business incubation system construction, set up public technology service platform and other aspects of cooperation are studied.
