摘要
我国文化和教育传统决定了学校和企业在联合招生(工)方面存在现实的障碍。现阶段,破解学徒制试点面临的消极局面,须顺应形势,淡化学徒制中招生即招工契约给企业和学生带来的掣肘,建立适合我国国情的现代学徒制模式。
China's traditional culture and education detennines the existence of actual obstacles in the joint admission (em-ployment) between schools and enterprises. At this stage, in order to resolve the negative situation in pilot schools and enterprises, we must adapt to the situation, weaken the handicap brought to the enterprises and the students by the "Admission Equivalent to Employment" contract in the apprenticeship system and establish a modem apprenticeship model suitable for China's national con-ditions.
