摘要
实验课堂是弥补传统教育方法缺陷,从而为学生创造更加完善的发展空间的教学尝试。但是不同课程各有特点,不是所有课程都适合设置实验课堂。高校人文课程类的公共基础课,从中选择一部分学生进入实验课堂实验班的做法有些欠妥,主要问题表现在:成绩评定标准不一致;实验课堂垄断了发展机会;影响教师综合评价;严苛教师生存空间狭窄;"平均分"标准存在争议;流水阅卷流于形式;单独考试制度有待完善。为了解决这些问题,应该从以下几个方面着手:缩小实验课堂的覆盖面;实行教考分离;完善"平均分"管理制度;撤销"学评教"评价机制;广泛推行小班授课。
Outstanding classes can make up the defects in traditional educational methodology, which is a try for teaching practice to perfect development space for students. But different classes have different characteristics, and not all courses are suitable for designing outstanding class. For public basic courses in humanities curriculum, it is somewhat inappropriate to sort out some students into outstanding classes. The main problems are as follows: performance assessment standard being not incon-sistent; outstanding classes monopolizing the development opportunities; teachers? comprehensive evaluation being affected; living space for strict teachers being narrowed down; wAveragew standard being controversial; division markingJ s problem being greater; separate examination system awaiting to be improved. To solve the problems mentioned above, we should reduce the class coverage, separate teaching from examination, improve the averagel management system, undo the student-evaluating- teacher mechanism and widely implement small-scale class teaching.
