摘要
从依法治国的大环境来看,民族院校的法治教育课程具有不可或缺的重要地位,相应地,从多元文化的小环境来看,它也具有独特的文化教育和文化融合功能。法治公选课在课程参与方面应当坚持兴趣优先原则,课程内容上要贯彻寓教于思的理念,而在最终课程考核方面则注重强调教学实效。依照上述三原则,民族院校应通过创新性设计对法治公选课的重要性予以适当突出,进行一系列的教学和管理改革,以期更好更多地培育具备法治观念的高素质人才。
Under the overall circumstances of the rule of law, the law-related course plays an indispensable role in national institutions. It also has a unique fimction of cultural education and cultural fiision in the multicultural environment. As an elective course, Rule of Law should adhere to the principle o f being interest-oriented in the participation, implement the philosophy o f tea-ching through contemplation in the contents, and emphasize effectiveness in the final assessment. In accordance with the above three principles, ethnic institutions should highlight the importance of the elective course of Law appropriately by innovativedesigns and carry out a series of refoms in teaching and management in an attempt to cultivate more high quality talents equipped with the concept of the rule of law.
