摘要
本文基于信息素养理念调查了来自三个高校的42名外语教师信息素养的现状以及未来发展方向,研究结果表明高校外语教师具有一定的信息意识,信息知识整体掌握情况一般,信息能力有待提高;学校培训效果一般;在教学方面大多数教师对于信息技术整合外语教学保持积极态度,但是学校的软件和硬件设施还需改善,在当下教学模式下教师工作成就感普遍不高。根据调查结果文章分析了存在问题并提出解决问题的对策。
This paper, based on information literacy theory, investigates 42 college foreign language teachers7 mformationliteracy development--the present and future. The research statistics show that college foreign language teachers have certaininformation awareness and knowledge. Information ability should be improved and the effect of college training is not efficient. Although most of the teachers have a positive attitude to IT integrating foreign language teaching, the software and hardware in college should be improved. Unfortunately most teachers who are engaged in the research have a low job satisfaction. According to the research this paper analyses the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures to solve problems.
