高校智慧校园建设的顶层设计及建设方向

The Top-Down Design and Construction of Internet Plus Campus

高校信息化建设是一个不断发展、演进的过程,智慧校园是数字化校园发展到一定阶段的产物,是教育信息化发展的高级阶段。智慧校园建设作为一个复杂的系统工程,做好相关顶层设计,理顺工作脉络具有十分重要的意义。本文在分析了当前高校信息化所面临问题的基础上,进一步阐述了智慧校园的内涵和高校智慧校园的建设目标,然后提出了智慧校园的总体设计架构模型,并对架构模型中的基础设施层、数据资源层、应用层、服务层和组织结构层中重点建设工作进行了阐述,以期为高校智慧校园的建设工作提供一定的参考。

The informatization construction of colleges is a continually progressing process and the Internet Plus Campus is the result of the digital campus development and advanced level of educational informatization development. As a complicated systematic project, it＇s very important to get well-prepared for the top-down design and a smooth working plan. Based on the analysis of the informatization problems colleges are facing, this paper describes the connotation and the construction object of the Internet Plus Campus and put forward a model for it. The paper also describes the main construction work in the infrastructure layer, data layer, application layer, service layer and organizational structure layer of the model, hoping to offer some reference to the construction work of the Internet Plus Campus.
