摘要
结合当前新形势新环境下种子管理工作现状,笔者根据多年的种子管理工作经验,探讨在新形势下加强基层种子管理工作的有效措施和建议。
In light of the present situation of seed management in the new situation and new environment,based on years of experience in seed management,explores the effective measures to strengthen seed management at the grassroots level in the new situation for reference.
