Agricultural cooperatives have made important contributions in promoting the development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization.How-ever,due to the initial stage of development,the development ofagricultural profess-ional cooperatives in the process there are still some obstacles can not be ignored.This paper discusses the dilemma in the development of agricultural cooperatives and puts forwardcountermeasures.
