摘要
教师职业动机是引导个体从事教师职业的内在动力源泉,也是影响教师专业发展的重要因素。基于现有的调查研究发现,源于中西文化行为方式、价值观念和思维方式等的差异,西方发达国家教师更注重在工作中实现自我价值、回馈社会,而影响我国教师职业动机的主要因素是工资、工作安全、职业地位等外在因素。借鉴西方文化中的积极因素激发教师职业的内部动机,应完善教师薪酬保障制度、扭转教师职业认知偏差、建立有效的教师激励机制。
Teachers’ professional motivation is an important source of in? uencing teachers’ professional development. In recent years, due to the increase in the turnover rate of newly recruited teachers, domestic and foreign scholars have focused on the professional motivation of teachers and research. Based on the existing empirical research, it is found that there are fundamental differences in the factors that affect the professional motivation of Chinese and western teachers, which is due to di? erences in behavioral patterns, values and ways of thinking in Chinese and Western cultures. This paper compares the di? erences and re? ects on the professional motivation of teachers between east and west to learn from the effective experience of the development of teacher education in the West, to guide the professional development of teachers and to promote the benign development of teachers’ professional motives.Key words: teacher professional motivation; cultural psychology; Chinese and Western culture
