Discussion of the Inspection and Repair Technology for Floor Cloth on CRH2 Multiple Units

对动车组运营过程中地板布出现的鼓起、凹陷、划伤、烫伤、腐蚀等问题及原因进行了分析,结合动车组高级检修规程的要求对地板布检修工艺进行了分类,解决了地板布检修中出现的问题,可为今后动车组地板布的日常检修提供参考。

The problems of concave,convex,scratch,burn and corrosion appeared on the floor cloth during operation of multiples units as well as the causes are analyzed.In combination with the requirements in high grade inspection and repair code for multiple units,the inspection and repair technologies for floor cloth are classified,the problems appeared in inspection and repair of floor cloth are solved,which can provide reference for routine inspection and repair of floor cloth on multiple units in future.
