随着中国人口老龄化的日益加剧,传统的家庭养老方式已不能满足人们日益增长的需求,集中养老逐步被人们所接受。论文结合设计实例,对基于这一理念的新型养老社区在选址、功能、布局、交通、设计诸方面,进行具体探讨阐释,希望该项目对城市敬老院设计具有一定参考价值。

With the increasing aging of China＇s population, the traditional way of family pension has been unable to meet the growing needs of people, concentrated pension is gradually accepted by people. The author combines the design examples, based on this concept of the new pension community in the site selection, function, layout, transportation, design aspects of specific discussion and interpretation, hoping that the project is a reference to the city of homes for the elderly design examples.
