摘要
通过对红水河大桥主墩承台单壁有底钢围堰结构设计优化及有限元分析计算,有效减少了围堰钢材用量,使围堰结构更加合理;施工过程中,对某些传统施工方法做了改进,使施工工效得到明显改善,同时降低了某些工序的施工风险,提高了围堰材料的回收率。
Through the optimization of structural design and finite element analysis for the single wall steel cofferdam with bottom of the Red River Bridge' main pier cap,effectively reduce the amount of steel cofferdam,the structure of cofferdam is more reasonable; in the process of construction, some of the traditional construction method has been improved, the construction efficiency has been improved obviously,and reducing the risk of certain construction process, the recovery rate of cofferdam material is improved.
