摘要
当前PPP模式在我国如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。论文简单介绍了PPP的基本模式,总结了PPP模式的3大特征和4个发展阶段。分析当前PPP模式发展的情况,从数据的情况可以看出,PPP模式持续健康的发展对我国公共服务基础设施的建设起到了一定的支撑作用。论文从PPP融资模式的角度论述了当前PPP融资的各种模式,提出了当前融资存在的问题和处理这些问题的一些合理建议。
The PPP model（Public-Private-Partnership）is on the rise in China. This paper made a brief introduction and aconclusion for its three characteristics and four stages of development. According to the given dates we can see that the PPP model have made great difference on the development of Chinese public service infrastructure and the living standard. The current PPP financing models are discussed from the point of view of PPP model.Some proposals have been given in this paper for problems about financing of current state.
