超重力技术碱法深度脱除高浓度SO_2实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文使用超重力技术,以Na_2SO_3+NaOH/K_2SO_3+KOH为吸收剂,进行高浓度SO_2模拟烟气的脱硫实验研究。考察了吸收剂pH值、超重力机转速及实验液气比对于SO_2脱除率的影响。结果表明在超重力环境下SO_2脱除率随吸收剂pH值、超重力转速以及液气比的增加而增大。当吸收剂pH值在7及以上时SO_2脱除率便可以达到99%以上,实现了SO_2的深度脱除,达到了出口气中SO_2超低排放的理想目标,是烟气脱硫的理想选择。同时对比表明,相同条件下以K_2SO_3+KOH为吸收剂,对于烟气中SO_2的脱除效果要优于以Na_2SO_3+NaOH为吸收剂。 The research on desulfurization from high - grade SO2 gas by alkali method ( Na2 SO3 + NaOH/K2 SO3 + KOH) in a rotating packed bed (RPB) was carried out. The effects of pH value of absorption solution, rotor speed of RPB and liquid/gas ratio on the efficiency of SO2 removal were investigated. The results show that the removing efficiency increases with the increase of the three parameters in condition of rotating packed bed. When pH value stays at 7 or above, the removal efficiency can reach above 99%, achieving the deep removal of SOs and accomplish the ideal aim of ultra - low discharge of SO2 at the exit, which is the best selection of flue gas desulfurization. Meanwhile the comparison shows that, regarding K2 SO3 + KOH as the absorbent solution at the same experimental condition, the removal efficiency of SOs is higher than that regarding Na2 SO3 + NaOH as absorbent solution.
