摘要
目的通过对克拉玛依市职业病危害企业职业卫生规章制度建立情况的调查,了解克拉玛依市接害企业职业卫生管理现状。方法采用问卷调查获取数据,分类统计接害企业职业卫生规章制度建立情况。结果规章制度建立平均符合率78.73%,建设项目职业卫生"三同时"有关技术资料,以及其备案、审核、审查或者验收等有关回执或者批复文件符合率为50.42%;不同行业间规章制度建立符合率与总体符合率差异有统计学意义,最低为科学研究和技术服务业为51.23%;不同经济类型企业规章制度建立符合率与总体符合率差异有统计学意义,最低为个体经济46.31%;微型和小型企业规模规章制度建立符合率与总体符合率差异有统计学意义;其他有关职业卫生管理的资料或文件落实情况符合率80.17%。结论克拉玛依市接害企业职业卫生规章制度建立不完善,法律法规落实不到位,需加大监督力度和队伍建设。
[Objective] By the investigation on establishment status of rules and regulations on occupational health among enterprises with occupational hazards in Karamay City,to know the present situation of occupational health management in enterprises with occupational hazards in Karamay City.[Methods] The questionnaire survey was used to collect the data,and the establishment status of rules and regulations on occupational health among enterprises with occupational hazards was analyzed.[Results]The average coincidence rate of rules and regulations establishment was 78.73%,and the coincidence rate of technical information about three-simultaneity of occupational health in construction project,as well as the receipts or approval documents of filing,auditing,examination or acceptance was 50.42%. The difference in the coincidence rate of rules and regulations estab-lishment was statistically significant among different industries,and the coincidence rate in scientific research and technical service industry was the lowest(51.23%). The difference in the coincidence rate of rules and regulations establishment was statistically significant among enterprises in different economic types,and the coincidence rate of individual enterprise was the lowest(46.31%). There was statistically significant difference in the coincidence rate of rules and regulations establishment between micro and small enterprises. The coincidence rate of implementation on other information or documents related to occupational health management was 80.17%.[Conclusion]The establishment of rules and regulations on occupational health is not complete among enterprises with occupational hazards in Karamay City,and the implementation of laws and regulations is not satisfactory. It is necessary to strengthen supervision and team building.
