HACCP体系在某聚甲醛生产企业职业病危害控制效果评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)体系对某聚甲醛生产企业新建项目(简称"建设项目")进行职业病危害控制效果评价,并验证效果。方法在对该建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价过程中,通过分析甲醇、甲醛、苯等职业病危害,确定危害关键控制点(CCP)和关键限值,以及建立CCP监督控制程序、纠正措施和建立HACCP体系验证程序等步骤,建立和应用HACCP体系,验证HACCP体系应用效果。结果该建设项目工作场所空气中甲醛的最高浓度(CMAX)超标率为19.4%,最高检出浓度为2.25 mg/m^3,其余因素检测浓度或强度均未超标;通过建立HACCP体系指导甲醛危害整治后,该建设项目工作场所甲醛CMAX均不超标。结论 HACCP体系可用于聚甲醛生产企业建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价,为职业病危害因素的预防、控制和监督管理提供科学依据。 [Objective]To assess the occupational hazard control effect in the new construction project(hereinafter referred to as project)of a polyformaldehyde production enterprise by the hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP) system,and verify the effect.[Methods] In the assessment process of occupational hazard control effect in the project,HACCP system was established and its application effect was verified by analyzing the occupational hazards such as methanol,formaldehyde and benzene,determining the critical control points(CCP)and limit of harm,and establishing the CCP supervisory control procedures,corrective actions,and HACCP system verification system.[Results]The over-standard rate of maximum allowable concentration(CMAX)for formaldehyde in workplace air of the project was 19.4%,and the highest detection concentration was 2.25 mg/m^3,and the concentrations or strengths of remaining factors met the standards. The formaldehyde CMAXmet the standard through the hazard control by HACCP system.[Conclusion]HACCP system can be used for the assessment of occupational hazard control effect in polyformaldehyde production enterprise,and it provides scientific basis for the prevention,control and supervision of occupational hazards.
