淮安市4类人群梅毒预防知识知晓现状

Awareness of syphilis prevention knowledge among four groups in Huaian City

目的了解淮安市不同人群预防梅毒预防知识的知晓现状,为做好梅毒预防控制提供依据。方法以城市居民、农村居民、暗娼(FSW)及男男性行为人群(MSM)为调查对象,使用统一的梅毒预防知识调查问卷,通过一对一现场问卷的形式调查。结果在调查的8个梅毒预防知识中,总知晓率为64.38%,其中城市居民为63.33%,农村居民为46.67%,FSW为62.00%,MSM为78.00%。4类不同人群的知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.29,P<0.05),获得梅毒防治知识的途径以电视、宣传活动及网络为主。结论淮安市梅毒知识总知晓率偏低,需加大梅毒等性传播疾病的宣传教育力度,针对不同的人群采取多种宣传方式。

[Objective]To investigate the awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge among different populations in Huaian City,provide the basis for syphilis prevention and control.[Methods] Using the unified questionnaire for syphilis prevention knowledge,one-on-one questionnaire survey was used to investigate rural residents,urban residents,female sex workers（FSW）and men who have sex with men.[Results]The total awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge based on 8 questions was 64.38%,while that in rural residents,urban residents,FSW and MSM was 63.33%,46.67%,62.00% and 78.00%,respectively.The difference in the awareness rate was statistically significant among four groups（χ^2=8.29,P〈0.05）. The main ways to obtain syphilis prevention knowledge were television,publicity and internet.[Conclusion] The awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge is low in Huaian City. It is necessary to improve the publicity and education on prevention knowledge of syphilis and others sexually transmitted diseases,and adopt a variety of publicity methods for different populations.
