陕西某地高校大学生吸烟状况及影响因素

Smoking status and influencing factors of college students in an area of Shaanxi Province

目的了解陕西某地2016年高校大学生吸烟现状及相关影响因素,为培养大学生正确的生活行为习惯,降低其吸烟率提供理论依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法抽取陕西省西安市和咸阳市4所高校的1 600名在校学生,采用现场自填问卷形式,用描述统计、χ~2检验和logistic回归分析的统计方法分析数据。结果学生总吸烟率为13.13%,男生吸烟171人,吸烟率26.64%;女生吸烟19人,吸烟率2.36%;医学类院校学生吸烟43人,吸烟率7.05%;非医学类院校学生吸烟147人,吸烟率17.56%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,在校大学生性别(OR=11.228,95%CI:6.751~18.673)、所在年级(OR=2.461,95%CI:1.236~4.899)和母亲文化程度(OR=3.333,95%CI:1.249~8.892)是其是否吸烟的危险因素。结论高校应积极开展控烟健康教育活动,为降低在校大学生吸烟率制定相应的管理办法,同时促使学生以有益健康的行为方式学习生活。

[Objective]To understand the present situation of smoking and related influencing factors of college students in an area of Shaanxi Province in 2016,provide theoretical basis for promoting college students form correct life habits and reducing their smoking rate.[Methods] 1 600 students were collected from four colleges in Xi＇an City and Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province by the cluster random sampling method,and were investigated with the self-administered questionnaire. The descriptive analysis,χ~2 test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data.[Results] The total smoking rate was 13.13%.171 male students and 19 female students smoked,with the smoking rate of 26.64% and 2.36% respectively,while 43 students in medical colleges and 147 students in non-medical colleges smoked,with the smoking rate of 7.05% and 17.56%,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender（OR=11.228,95%CI：6.751-18.673）,grade（OR=2.461,95%CI：1.236-4.899） and mother＇s education level（OR=3.333,95%CI：1.249-8.892） were the risk factors of smoking.[Conclusion]The colleges and universities should carry out health education activities about tobacco control actively,formulate corresponding management measures to reduce the smoking rate among college students,and encourage students to form healthy lifestyle.
