陕西省某医学院校在校大学生暴力伤害行为影响因素

Influencing factors of violent injury behavior among students in a medical college of Shaanxi Province

目的调查陕西省某医学院校在校大学生暴力伤害行为的主要影响因素,为减少大学生暴力伤害行为的发生、对该人群进行综合性预防干预提供科学依据。方法利用自行设计的"医学院校在校大学生暴力伤害行为调查表",采用分层整群抽样的方法,对陕西省某医学院769名在校本科大学生暴力伤害行为进行调查,并以其暴力伤害行为总得分为应变量,以学生家庭社会人口学因素及学生健康危险行为为自变量,进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果该医学院校在校学生中,男女生比例1∶1.43,平均年龄(20.6±1.67)岁,以农村户口为主,非独生子女比例最多,学生家长文化程度多集中在中学,家庭月收入多在3 000元以下。经分析,该校大学生暴力伤害事件发生的主要影响因素有年龄(OR=1.182)、吸烟(OR=3.661)、饮酒行为(OR=5.558)、每天感觉悲伤无助(OR=4.201)、曾经计划或尝试过自杀(OR=3.885)等。结论饮酒、吸烟等健康危险行为,感觉悲伤无助、自杀等抑郁情绪特征,以及大龄学生等因素是影响该校大学生发生暴力伤害行为的主要因素,因此高校、社会及家庭应根据大学生的不同人群特征采取综合性预防干预措施,减少大学生暴力伤害行为的发生。

[Objective]To investigate the influencing factors of violent injury behavior among students in a medical college of Shaanxi Province,provide a scientific basis for reducing the occurrence of violent injury among college students and taking the comprehensive prevention interventions in the population.[Methods]769 students in a medical college of Shaanxi Province were collected by the stratified cluster sampling method and investigated by using the self-designed Medical College Students＇ Violent Injury Behavior Questionnaire. The multi-factors logistic regression analysis was performed with the total scores of violent injury behavior as the dependent variable,and family-socio demographic factors and students＇ health risk behaviors as independent variable.[Results]The male-to-female ratio of the students was 1 ∶ 1.43 with the average age of（20.6±1.67） years old. Most of medical college students had the rural household registration,non-only children accounted for the larger proportion. The education levels of students＇ parents were mainly secondary school,and most had the family income less than 3 000 Yuan. The main influencing factors of violent injury events in medical college students were age（OR =1.182）,smoking（OR =3.661）,drinking behavior（OR=5.558）,feeling sad every day（OR=4.201）,and suicide plan or attempt（OR=3.885）. [Conclusion]Drinking,smoking and other health risk behavior,sad,helpless,suicidal and other depressive features,and older age are the main influencing factors of violent injury behavior in this college. So the colleges,society and family should take the comprehensive preventive interventions based on the characteristics of different groups,to reduce the incidence of violence in the university.
