淮安市某制帽公司职业病危害现状评价 被引量:1

Evaluation on present situation of occupational hazards in a hat company in Huaian City

摘要 目的明确某制帽厂运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素及劳动者接触情况,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查及检测收集资料和数据,结合职业卫生管理情况及职业健康检查结果,对该制帽公司职业病危害现状作出综合评价。结果共监测60个粉尘作业点,22个化学毒物作业点、117个噪声作业点,其中,化学毒物和粉尘检测结果均合格,噪声有5个岗位12个监测点超标。结论在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、噪声、乙二醇、丙酮、环己酮、一氧化碳;作业场所中的防尘和防毒措施效果较好,防噪设施还应完善。对接触噪声工人要配备专用防护用品,提高工人的自我保护和防护意识。 [Objective] To clarify the occupational hazard factors in the operation of a hat company,analyze the exposure situation of the workers,evaluate the occupational disease prevention measure and their effects,and propose appropriate occupational control measure. [Methods] A comprehensive evaluation of the occupational hazards in the hat company was conducted through field investigation and detection to collect information and data,and combined with the results of occupational health management and occupational health examination. [Results]A total of 60 monitoring points for dust,22 monitoring points for chemical hazardous agents and 117 monitoring points for noise were detected. All results of chemical hazardous agents and dust were qualified. The noise intensity of 5 posts(12 monitoring points) exceeded the standard. [Conclusion] The main occupational hazards in the production process are dust,noise,ethylene glycol,acetone,cyclohexanone,and carbon monoxide.The protective measures against dust and chemical hazardous agents in the workplace have good effect and the anti-noise facilities should be strengthened. The workers exposed to noise should be equipped with special protective facilities and it is necessary to improve the self-protection and protection consciousness among workers.
